    • Medical expert systems (February'08 - till date): Developing a robust expert system in c++ to detect oral cancer, breast cancer and cardiac diseases from medical images.

    • Medical Image Processing (February'08 - till date): Developing robust algorithms in c++ for pattern recognition and segmentation of medical images for early detection of diseases.
      Guide: Prof. Ajoy Kumar Ray, Head, School of Medical Science and Technology, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India

    • Investigation of photosensitive epilepsy (May,07 - till date) : Using MEG sensor data to detect photosensitive epilepsy with help of DSP techniques along with statistical methods.
      Guide : Prof. Goutam Saha, Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering, IIT Kharagpur, India with collaboration with Dr. Joydeep Bhattacharya, Reader, Goldsmiths, University of London, UK.

    • 3D simulator for Robots (February-September, 2007) : Successfully developed a software named 'Robbit' in c++ (with openGL & openCV library) to simulate the motion of multiple robots and their surrounding with added features. Details can be found at Robbit Homepage.

    • Design of a 4-bit ALU using VERILOG and implementation on FPGA (March-April 2007) : Successfully developed a Structural Verilog model for a 4 bit ALU as a semi term project for the course Digital Electronic Circuits.

    • Jigsaw (December'06 - February'07): Successfully developed full code in vc++ (with openCV library) for solving basic level Jigsaw (having only rectangular and triangular pieces).
      Guide : Student members of Kharagpur Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Group (KRAIG), IIT Kharagpur, India

    • Account Handling software (May-July, 2006) : Successfully developed a software in Java with graphics user interface to maintain and handle official and household accounts.
      Guide : Self Project, voluntarily done.
